    • Board resolution* to open account stating authorized signatories and their signing mandate filed with URSB
    • Certificate of Incorporation filed with URSB
    • Copy of memorandum and Articles of Association filed with URSB.
    • Particulars of Directors and Secretaries i.e. Form 20 (formerly form 7) filed with URSB
    • Form 8 (current annual returns form for companies that have been in business for more than one year) filed with URSB.
    • Notice of Beneficial License Owner Particulars (Form 1) filed with URSB
    • Notice of Change of the Particulars of Beneficial Owners (Form 2) where there has been a change in particulars of beneficial owners filed with URSB
