INVITATION FOR THE PRE-QUALIFICATION OF PROVIDERS FOR GOODS, SERVICES AND WORKS Procurement Reference Number: dfcu/Proc/Preq/2023 – 2025
dfcu Bank Limited will be pre-qualifying eligible and competent firms/companies to provide various categories of goods, services and works for the period 2023 to 2025 and hereby invites bids for prequalification among the various categories. Existing suppliers who wish to be retained MUST re-apply and submit up to date information as requested in the pre-qualification document.
A complete set of the pre-qualification documents, categories and guidelines shall be obtained from www.dfcugroup.com/tenders starting 21st July 2022 A non-refundable application fee of UGX. 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Shillings only) shall be paid to dfcu Bank A/C 01002804100007 A signed application letter and a deposit slip confirming payment shall form part of the bidding requirements.
Interested eligible firms should hand deliver their bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Pre-qualification document for Provision of goods, services and works, Category………..” to; The Procurement Department dfcu Bank Limited Plot 26 Kyadondo Road Ground Floor reception dfcu Tower P.O. Box 70 Kampala.
All submissions shall be drawn up in English and submitted not later than 11th August 2022 at 3:00pm Starting date is 21st July and deadline is 11th August 2022 at 3:00pm. dfcu Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any application/bid. Note: Late bids will be rejected.
