Marsha is a seasoned human capital leader with nearly two decades of experience driving impactful change across Africa. She brings with her a distinguished track record of spearheading strategic people initiatives that foster inclusive, empowered, and high-performing workplaces.
She joins us from American Tower Corporation (ATC), where she served in several key leadership roles, including HR Lead for ATC Nigeria, Head of Talent, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for ATC Africa, and Head of HR for ATC Uganda. Her earlier career includes influential roles at Monitor Publications and Airtel Uganda.
Marsha is widely respected for her commitment to equity, purpose-driven leadership, and talent development. She has championed mentorship and coaching programs that equip emerging leaders and has consistently elevated people strategies that balance local realities with global best practices.
She holds a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from Makerere University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Development from the Uganda Management Institute, is a Chartered Member of CIPD, and is an alumna of the INSEAD Developing Emerging Leaders Program.
