Marketing Executive- Brand, CIB & CIFs (1 Position)

Reporting to: Marketing Manager- Brand, CIB & CIFs

Duty station: Head Office

 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager- Brand, CIB & CIFs, the role holder will execute marketing activities of Brand, product, and segment marketing plans to achieve the stated objectives.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support in the implementation of the brand campaigns to enhance visibility, credibility, and trust in the bank’s corporate offerings.
  • Deliver brand performance reports, including metrics on brand awareness, perception, and customer engagement.
  • Support in the implementation of marketing strategies for corporate products, such as trade finance, treasury services, and asset management.
  • Deliver product-specific marketing materials and campaign impact assessments.
  • Organize corporate events like investor forums, client appreciation galas, and industry conferences.
  • Deliver detailed event reports covering attendance, lead generation, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with key partners, industry associations, and stakeholders to co-create marketing initiatives that resonate with institutional clients.
  • Deliver partnership impact reports, including co-branded campaign outcomes and partnership benefits.

  • Work with stakeholders to disseminate high-value content, such as market insights, forums to position the bank as an industry leader as per the bank’s strategic engagements. Deliver content

  • Support relationship managers with marketing tools and strategies to retain and grow corporate client accounts.
  • Deliver client feedback reports and initiatives to enhance client loyalty.
  • Work with the digital marketing team for digital campaigns targeting corporate clients, including website updates, LinkedIn ads, and email campaigns.
  • Deliver analytics reports on digital engagement, lead conversion rates, and ROI for online campaigns.
  • Conduct detailed market research to understand corporate client needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to guide marketing strategies.
  • Track budgets for corporate campaigns and brand-building activities, ensuring cost-effective execution.
  • Deliver regular budget utilization reports with variance analyses and cost-saving recommendations.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing or a Business-related field.
  • Standard office ICT skills including Digital.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a marketing related role.
  • The job holder must be able to demonstrate an interest in and awareness of consumer insights, brand strategy execution and ATL/BTL communication.
  • The principal skills required are in thinking/operating strategically, making things happen and communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Tech and social media savvy.
  • Data-driven approach.
  • Regular contact with Business Segment Heads is critical.
  • Market/customer visits will be important in gaining an insight into brand performance.
  • Ability to prioritize key business initiatives to deliver planned objectives.
  • Demonstrates the ability to take responsibility for the Brand.
  • Willingness to work extra hours as and when required to meet business requirements.
  • Ability to work independently.
