dfcu shareholders attending the 45th
Annual General Meeting have more reason to smile, following a declaration by
the bank that they have set aside Shs7.7billion or 40% of last year’s profits
as dividends.
This is a 47 percent increase from the
Shs5.25 billion paid out in 2008. Dividends will be paid out to shareholders on
the register by close of 31st March, 2010. Payments will be effected
on 31st May 2010.
